ORDER AGREEMENT:
Shipping will be through USPS, all sales are limited to the United States only.

Dahlia tubers require proper storage, once received they become your responsibility to care for them until planting time. We are not liable for improper storage methods or any losses that occur after the tubers have arrived in good condition. Please contact us (and include photos in your message) within 48 hours of the package being received if you have an issue with your tubers. OPEN YOUR PACKAGE RIGHT AWAY PLEASE! DON'T LEAVE THEM OUT IN THE HEAT OR IN THE COLD! CHECK THOSE TUBERS!!!
OUR TUBERS:
All tubers will be confirmed to have at least one eye on them before shipping.
All varieties have been confirmed to bloom true, we are extremely careful with labeling at the base of the plant, and those labels follow the tubers all the way through to packaging.
We use a bleach solution on our snips between varieties to help prevent the spread of any disease. We also cull any questionable plants, anything that looks like gall or virus goes in the trash - we take the health of our dahlias seriously! Even so, we cannot be responsible for disease, virus, gall, growing conditions, rot, etc. after the tubers leave our hands.
We do not refund for cosmetic damage, tuber irregularities, or small size of a tuber. The tuber/s will be viable at the time they are sent to you.
SHIPPING ISSUES:
Please contact us (and include photos in your message) within 48 hours of the package being received if you have an issue with your tubers. In the event of an issue with USPS, customer must contact their local branch to file a claim for a missing, damaged, or severely delayed package.
LOCAL PICKUP:
If you're local to Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA, feel free to message us immediately after your order to let us know, and we can work something out for local pickup.
WHAT ARE OUR "MINI TUBERS" or "RUNTS"?
These are tubers with a higher potential of not surviving winter storage, if you aren't experienced with tuber keeping, these are maybe not a good option for you! They are priced as closeouts because some experienced growers may want to take that chance! Many are around AAA sized. These are one's we'd usually just keep and grow ourselves, but we have a few extras! We recommend getting them started in their ziplock bag or a pot before planting out to give them the best chance.
NOTE ABOUT SMALL/MICRO CLUMPS: We have a few Compact Clumps meant FOR CUTTINGS! (Not meant to divide), they are mini clumps that we have grown close together to condense the size of. These are best for potting in soil and waking up for indoor cuttings, but they can also be planted as is!
